Oshino Lamps Ltd with its head quarters in Tokyo, Japan was founded in 1931.

Oshino are a leading manufacturer and supplier of sub-miniature filament lamps to the US and European aerospace, automotive, telecommunication and computer industries. We have a NATO Code No S3774 and will certify lamps, where applicable, to US Military Standards and Specifications and other international norms such as DIN, IEC and JIS.

Our 'OL' trademark stands for dependability, quality and reliability. We design our own state of the art production and production test equipment. Extensive Statistical Process Controls (SPC) are utilised during manufacturing to control our processes. We have modern environmental test equipment which enables us to continuously research our materials and designs.

Oshino Lamps UK Ltd was founded in 1979. The Nottingham based facility is predominantly a sales office serving the aerospace (military and civil), automotive, architectural (retail, commercial and residential), medical and other specific industries with 'OL', Wamco and other branded products.
